Get Involved!

A note from Mike Sams, Lay Leader:

Get involved at First United Methodist Church! It's good for all of us!

All too often we walk out of Church on Sunday and leave in the Sanctuary our good intentions and our commitment to build a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. An easy way to work on that is to get involved. Indeed, the world is full of false promises but here's one you can count on: Get involved and you will get more than what you give. Getting involved in the church through missions, committees or many of our activities will allow you to touch people in need, deepen your relationship with others in our church, and develop you own relationship with the Lord.

How do I get involved?

We are up to a lot at the First United Methodist Church! We are involved in local, national and even international mission work. We also offer a lot of activities and the opportunity to get involved in various church committees. Everyone of us has talent, everyone! We guarantee we can use your talent to make a difference., so please, share it with us.

Please browse our website pages to find how to serve God and others, or contact me directly: mpsams@KandSlegal.com

Thanks for getting involved. It's good for all of us!

Sincerely,

Michael P. Sams, Lay Leader
